HR Intern – Training & Recruitment (f/m)

• Ref: 21-34

• Internship agreement for 6-12 months

• Full time (40 hours/week) or part-time

• Position based in Belval (Luxembourg)

• Start date: as soon as possible

The Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER) is looking for a motivated and passionate HR Intern to join the People Management department within a growing international research organisation.

Your mission

The selected candidate will be actively involved in two core human resources activities: training and recruitment. Your day-to-day tasks will be related to the internal training and recruitment processes by implementing and following LISER’s internal guidelines and procedures under the guidance of the People Management team members. The intern will be directly involved in administrative support related to all training (planning, scheduling of trainings, internal communication, training registry and statistics) and recruitment activities (job advertising, scheduling meetings, notifying applicants). You will be also involved in other ad-doc HR projects when needed.

Your profile

- You are a Master student in Human Resources Management/Business Administration;

-You have a first HR experience;

- You are passionate about the training and the recruitment field and interested to develop yourself further in these areas;

-You are fluent in English and French (oral and written), any other language is considered as an asset;

- You have excellent communication and organisational skills combined with a strong attention to detail ;

-You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ;

- You are able to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion and professionalism.

LISER is a publicly funded research institute located in Luxembourg and dedicated to applied empirical research in economic, social and spatial sciences.
