The Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER)

is looking for a

Student Receptionist (Part-time student contract, 10-15h/week, f/m) 

• Ref: 26-29
• minimum of 6 months fixed-term student contract, part-time (10-15h/week)
• Workplace : Belval (Luxembourg)
• Start date : September 2026

Your missions

As part of this short-term assignment, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Serve as the first point of contact by handling incoming calls and welcoming visitors ;
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail ;
• Coordinate catering requests and orders for internal meetings ;
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to other research support teams as required.

Your profile

• You are registered as a full-time student at the University of Luxembourg ;
• You are available on Wednesdays, with the flexibility to be present on certain Fridays according to the team's needs ;
• You are proactive, rigorous, and have a good sense of priorities ;
• You are fluent in French and English ;
• You have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
