Your role
We are looking to expand our data science team that uses state-of-the-art tools and HPC to answer policy-relevant questions. You will be working with economists, other social scientists and data scientists to develop the data infrastructure and use the data to produce high-level research in the areas of data science and economics. There will be ample opportunities to get exposed to current research in labor economics, migration, education and related fields through seminars, internal working groups, workshops and visitors.
Your profile
- Master in Data Science or related fields, ideally with a focus on economic or social sciences ;
- Skills in programming (R, Python), machine learning and data science ;
- Experience with working with HPC models and LLMs ;
- Prior experience in working with economists and social scientists ;
- Critical thinking and capacity to connect data and tools with real-world problems ;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills ;
- Excellent English skills in speaking and writing; German or French is a plus.

1st year – 50’430 euros
