Creative Project Manager (f/m)

 

  • Ref: 26-09
  • Permanent employment contract at LISER
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Work location: Belval (Luxembourg)

 

The Creative Project Manager plays a strategic role in the collaboration between researchers, content providers, and external partners, while ensuring that workflows and processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the institute’s missions and goals.

Your Role

The tasks of the successful candidate will be the following :

 

  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure LISER maintains an unified identity across all sub-brands and platforms ;
  • Act as a bridge between the internal stakeholders, by translating complex institutional goals into a coherent visual strategy and "voice" ;
  • Lead the development of the web ecosystem with a focus on user experience, accessibility, and technical sustainability ;
  • Manage the communication between external and internal stakeholders to keep digital platforms modern and functional ;
  • Design the "creative engine" by structuring workflows to make production more predictable and scalable ;
  • Translate scientific research into high-impact, accessible visual content for the public and stakeholders ;
  • Train staff in Content Management System (CMS) and digital publishing standards ;
  • Foster a collaborative culture centred on creative excellence and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field ;
  • At least 10 years of experience in creative design and process management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects ;
  • Expertise in UX/UI design, with the ability to create user-centred solutions ;
  • Proficiency in graphic design, video production and web design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) ;
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a talent for co-creation and collaboration throughout different teams ;
  • Exceptional ability to balance a bold creative vision with pragmatic execution strategies ;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and solution-focused mindset ;
  • A passion for continuous innovation and improvement, with a drive to stay at the forefront of design and process trends ;
  • Fluency in English, and any other language is considered as an asset.
