Creative Project Content Manager (f/m)

 

 

  • Ref: 24-31
  • 9 months fixed-term employment contract at LISER
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Work location: Belval (Luxembourg)

As the Creative Project Content Manager at LISER, you will play a key role in driving the creation, development, and execution of innovative solutions and dissemination tools. By translating complex research findings into user-centric and practical outcomes, you will empower stakeholders and broaden the impact of our work. Your responsibilities will include fostering collaboration among researchers, content provider, and external partners, while ensuring that workflows and processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the institute’s goals.

Your Role

The tasks of the successful candidate will be the following :

 

Creative Dissemination & Content Management

 

  • Design and execute dissemination strategies for scientific projects and topics, making complex ideas accessible and engaging ;
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative projects, including dashboards, knowledge toolboxes, and online solutions ;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and deliver high-quality, impactful results ;
  • Drive continuous improvement through iteration of design thinking framework.

 

Project Management

 

  • Develop, implement, and refine processes related to website management and content dissemination, with internal stakeholders, ensuring efficiency and clarity ;
  • Oversee project execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet objectives effectively ;
  • Identify and address bottlenecks, proposing creative and practical solutions to enhance operations and outcomes.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field ;
  • At least 10 years of experience in creative design and process management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects ;
  • Expertise in UX/UI design, with the ability to create user-centered solutions ;
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a talent for co-creation and collaboration throughout different teams ;
  • Exceptional ability to balance a bold creative vision with pragmatic execution strategies ;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and solution-focused mindset ;
  • A passion for continuous innovation and improvement, with a drive to stay at the forefront of design and process trends ;
  • Fluency in English, and any other language is considered as an asset.
